Writer-composer-singer Sofia de Meideros launches her first album "Bliss"
The former fashion model starts a new career by putting her body and soul into the production of the album. The first single “Intact”, released this summer, is still climbing the charts.
Her implication in the art realm isn’t new. Sofia de Meideros has always expressed herself through various artistic forms, writing music, painting , cat walking. She co-produced “The birth of Cornelius” her husband’s (Corneille) latest effort. “Bliss” symbolizes a homecoming as well as the culmination of a long creative process.. Her Canadian- Portuguese origins gave the album its distinct sound, a mix of pop. Jazz, folk, R’n’B and Portuguese fado.
